Installation Team Member (Delivery) 


At Found Rental Co., our Installation Team Members play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients. As one of the first faces seen on event day and the last impression left behind, our installers embody professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. They work seamlessly with teammates to deliver, set up, and strike our rental inventory safely and efficiently, ensuring every piece is handled with care.

This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. A successful team member anticipates customer and team needs, upholds our brand’s integrity, and maintains a high standard of quality and safety in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, always showcasing and up-living to Found Rental Co's core values.
  • Follow direction from the Installation Lead to ensure timely and precise deliveries and pickups.
  • Work efficiently to complete event setups and breakdowns within scheduled timeframes.

  • Handle and transport rental inventory with care, ensuring proper loading, unloading, and material handling to prevent damage.

  • Inspect all items upon pickup, noting any stains, breakage, missing pieces, or damage, and report findings to the Installation Lead.

  • Respect and adhere to venue rules and regulations, treating all properties with professionalism and care.

  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

  • Take all required rest and meal breaks in compliance with California state law.

  • If driving, maintain a clean driving record and follow company vehicle guidelines.

  • Assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from team leads.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Adaptability—able to stay calm and professional when faced with last-minute changes or indecisiveness.

  • Passion for safety, organization, and problem-solving.

  • A sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure timely, high-quality service.

  • Integrity and a team-first attitude.

Job Structure & Compensation:

  • Part-time position

  • Hourly pay, paid weekly

  • Flexible schedule—days and hours vary weekly based on event needs

  • Team members will report to either Benicia or Fullerton locations
