Warehouse Team Member
As a Warehouse Team Member at Found Rental Co., you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and organization of our rental inventory. You will be responsible for pulling, prepping, and protecting equipment for deliveries while ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently. A strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding the company’s standards are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Execute daily warehouse operations and assigned department tasks

Follow and maintain the ready-to-rent and material handling procedures

Conduct 6S audits to ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment

Adhere to all safety protocols and California state labor laws regarding meal and rest breaks

Keep aisles and exits clear of obstructions to maintain a safe work environment

Monitor and maintain the quality of inventory to uphold company standards

Pick, pull, and pack rental orders accurately

Identify and report any inventory in need of repair or cleaning to the Warehouse Lead

Maintain open communication with the Warehouse Lead to ensure smooth shifts

Assist with delivery and pickup duties as assigned

Structure:
- Full time or part time
- Hourly, paid weekly
- Typically, Monday – Friday however days and hours vary as needed during busy season
- Team members will report to either Benicia or Fullerton locations
