Outside Sales Coordinator - N. Cal

 Found Rental Co’s Outside Sales Coordinators are brand ambassadors that are passionate about events. Organic sales growth is their jam, but they also work hand in hand with the Business Development Manager (BDM)to bring in new clients. They conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers on a daily basis. Attention to detail and organization are second nature to them and they can juggle multiple projects at one time all while maintaining client expectations and Found’s standards. Their positive attitude is contagious, and they thrive in an ever-changing environment. This person must be thoughtful about their daily tasks and anticipate the needs of our customers and our team.  


  • Follow Found Rentals protocol when communicating with clients and team members
  • Concentrate on maintaining and improving current relationships
  • Support the BDM in their business development efforts
  • Support Sales and Operations Teams with a sense of urgency to increase sales
  • Travel within sales territory to meet customers and prospects
  • Understand the customer’s specific needs and sell the appropriate products and services
  • Educate customers on how products and services can benefit their event
  • Communicate new product developments with existing client base
  • Maintain, organize, and build customer relationship database
  • Service Client Orders
    • Initial conversation to learn of event
    • Create compelling proposal + design decks
    • Manage orders –editing and updating as needed
  • In person meetings
    • Alongside the BDM, meetings with potential new clients
    • Relationship building meetings with existing clients
    • Venue visits
    • Showroom and warehouse meetings
  • Scheduling
    • Manage order’s schedule: when to follow up with clients, when to meet with them, when to close orders, when to try and add to orders, etc.
    • Manage self-schedule: team meetings + outside meetings
