We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and skilled individual in training to join us as a Craftsman Apprentice and help maintain the high standards of our collection.

Position Overview:

The Craftsman Apprentice is a hands-on artisan role, focused on repairing, refinishing, and building furniture and decor. This individual thrives in an organized and collaborative workshop environment, ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards. They are committed to safety, efficiency, and the upkeep of a clean and organized workspace while contributing to a team-driven atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and Refinishing: Assist in repairing, refinishing, and building furniture and decor made from wood, metal, fabric, glass, masonry, and other materials.
  • Tasks include but are not limited to: cutting, shaping, and smoothing materials according to specifications.
  • Utilizing fasteners, adhesives, welding, and other bonding techniques effectively.
• Learning and Growth: Demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills and techniques under the guidance of experienced craftsmen.
• Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Tool Operation: Safely and effectively operate a variety of tools and equipment, including carpentry tools, metalworking tools, and other specialized machinery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge or experience with carpentry, metalworking, or related trades.
• Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment (e.g., power tools, hand tools, welding equipment).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and prioritize a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the craft.

• Full time
• Hourly
• Most responsibilities will occur Monday-Friday between normal business hours, Occasional evenings and weekends
