Inside Sales Coordinator

Found Rental Co’s Inside Sales Coordinators love our customers, and it shows. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to the Sales and Operations teams. Attention to detail and organization are second nature to them and they can juggle multiple projects at one time all while maintaining client expectations and Found’s standards.   • Follow Found Rentals protocol when answering phones and emails
  • Support Sales, Production, and Found Shop and complete prescribed tasks to support the growth of company
  • Work closely with the Sales and Production teams to ensure accuracy of event scheduling
  • Concentrate on maintaining and improving current relationships
  • General office duties (filing, scanning, etc.)
  • Answer office calls
    • Direct as appropriate
    • Handle immediate order changes for clients, pass along such changes to sales and production teams
  • Inquires
    • Screening of all new inquiries both via site and email. Direct as appropriate
  • Drop Box organization
  • Customer database organization and regular cleanup
  • Production Assistance
    • Work closely with Production Manager helping with, but not limited to:
      • Confirming orders
      • Processing payments
      • Editing delivery details on orders
    • Sales Support
      • Work closely with Sales Team helping with, but not limited to:
        • Editing orders
        • Post event follow-ups: thank you letters, gathering event photos, etc.
        • Meeting and mockup setups (in warehouse)
        • Organizing event folders
      • Shop Support
        • Meet with clients
        • Create sale receipts
        • Support CEO with tasks as needed
