Sales Assistant

Found Rental Co’s Sales Assistants love customers, and it shows. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to the Sales Team. Attention to detail and organization are second nature to them and they can juggle multiple projects at one time all while maintaining client expectations and Found’s standards. Their positive attitude is contagious, and they thrive in an ever-changing environment. This person must be thoughtful about their daily tasks and time management. They anticipate the needs of our customers and our team and they take pride in representing Found’s reputation and brand.


  • Follow Found’s protocol when answering phones and emails
  • Support Sr. Account Executive, Account Executives, and Sales Coordinators and complete prescribed tasks to support growth of the company
  • Communicate order and logistical updates to operations teams on behalf of Sales
  • Concentrate on maintaining and improving current relationships with clients as a representative of fellow sales team members
  • General office duties. Helping with, but not limited to:
    • order fulfillment in certain departments
    • filing, scanning, etc
  • Answer office calls
    • Transfer as appropriate
    • Handle immediate order changes for clients, pass along such changes to sales and production teams
  • Drop Box organization
  • Customer database organization and regular cleanup
  • Sales Support
    • Work closely with the Sales Team Members to ensure accuracy of event + order management. Helping with, but not limited to:
      • Editing orders
      • Post event follow-ups: thank you letters, gathering event photos, etc.
      • Meeting and mockup setups (in warehouse)
      • Organizing event folders
      • Client correspondence when Sales Team Member is onsite/out of office
    • Production Assistance
      • Work closely with Production Manager on behalf of sales team, helping with, but not limited to:
        • Confirming orders
        • Editing delivery details on orders
      • Found Shop Support
        • Meet with clients when shop team is unavailable, providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions
      • General
        • Support CEO, GM, Sales Team with tasks as needed

    • Full time
    • Hourly, non exempt full time employee
    • Most responsibilities will occur Monday-Friday between normal business hours, Occasional evenings and weekends
