Social Media Coordinator
Found Rentals is seeking a Social Media Coordinator who thrives in the dynamic world of marketing and social media. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Maintain the brand's voice, aesthetic, and consistency across all social platforms.
- Creatively plan, implement, and update content for company accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and maintain a social and creative content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
- Schedule and post daily content for key channels to achieve business goals.
- Monitor and engage with messages and interactions across social media platforms.
- Create and edit compelling video content, including behind-the-scenes footage from office, warehouse, and job sites (light travel may be required).
- Research and analyze new social media trends, platforms, and opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Produce daily Instagram stories and maintain a visually cohesive feed.
- Plan and schedule content, incorporating innovative ideas to engage the target audience.
- Identify and curate content opportunities that reflect the company’s mission and attract new clients.
Marketing and Sales Collaboration:
- Support the sales team by sharing sales data, analyzing market trends, and providing insights into customer engagement.
- Assist with account analysis and new product promotion efforts.
General Support:
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily tasks outside of social media responsibilities, serving as a reliable resource for The Found Shop team.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, demonstrating flexibility and team spirit.
Skills:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Exceptional creative skills in copywriting, content creation, and video editing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Structure:
- Full time
- Salary, exempt full time employee
- Most responsibilities will occur Monday-Friday between normal business hours, Occasional evenings and weekends and light travel may be required.
